Match
In the Match feature, I worked on integrating the new AI functionality into the user interface. This involved designing banners to promote and enable users to try the AI. The AI allows users to set their preferences, and it selects the best job opportunities based on those preferences, enhancing the overall user experience.
I also improved the visual design of the job application cards.
Match Filters
The filter elements are arranged in a visually disorganized manner, making it difficult to read and potentially tiring for the user.
There are too many elements competing for the user's attention, resulting in a cluttered and overwhelming interface.
The visual overload on the screen creates a chaotic and exhausting experience, hindering the user's ability to read and understand the information effectively.
The problem
Instead of crowding checkboxes into an endless list, we can provide users with a broader selection target and a clearer interaction cue by converting them into selection chips.
"Toggle tokens" save screen space, allowing more room for content and reducing the need for users to scroll.
As a result, there are fewer elements competing for the user's attention. Minimizing visual noise helps users focus on their options.

In the registration process, I contributed by integrating the new AI functionality to encourage and enable users to try it.
Talently Hire
For the Talently Hire platform, I contributed to enhancing the benefits section, making it more dynamic and improving the user experience.
