Redesign checkout, Onboarding & My space
Terapify connects users with therapists online.
The platform is designed to make therapy accessible, convenient, and personalized, providing users with tools to find their ideal therapist based on preferences, therapeutic approaches, and individual needs. Terapify also includes additional resources like mindfulness sessions, yoga classes, and educational videos to support users throughout their mental health journey.

Redesign checkout
The customer service team reported a high percentage of tickets from users experiencing difficulties completing their appointment payments.
The Challenge
According to the data team, only 5% of users watch the video.
Users need to make too many clicks before completing the payment.
There is no visible conversion button.
The Solution
A fixed (sticky) payment button at the bottom allows users to complete their purchase more quickly.
By preselecting options to simplify minor decisions for the user, the last card used is automatically selected. If no card is added, the "add card" component is preselected, keeping the field open.
Using validations and error notifications helps users understand payment errors
Conclusions
The new checkout design is simpler, cleaner, and faster, eliminating unnecessary elements and streamlining the purchase process. Conversion improved by 50% after the redesign.
Onboarding
Users struggle to choose their ideal psychologist as they are unfamiliar with therapeutic models and unsure which one best suits their needs.

By creating an intuitive and user-focused onboarding process, we can simplify the selection of the ideal psychologist for users, aligning with their specific needs.
The Solution
My space
According to the data team, 60% of users fail to complete their payment after scheduling their appointment.
Users are unsure how to reschedule their appointments and find it unintuitive to schedule package sessions.
Additionally, they are unaware that the My Space section provides useful resources.
The challenge
Upon signing up, users will be guided through a series of simple steps to find their ideal psychologist, schedule their appointment, and complete the payment process.
We will provide users with valuable resources to support them before and after starting their therapy, such as videos, yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, and more.
The upcoming appointment reminder and the reschedule button will be prominently displayed at the top of My Space.
The Solution
The redesigned My Space offers an improved structure that highlights key tools and provides users with a more seamless and engaging platform experience.
